Sequence of events:

3) Create the perfect ad
4) Game One is to ”close the back door” (quit losing customers)
a. Do the ”Marketing Research Questionnaire”
b. Find out why some leave, and correct the problem
5) Game Two is to replace the 8% per year losses (died, moved, pirated)
a. Test your ”perfect ad” to draw market share from the competition
b. Test a seminar, ”free demo”, ”open house”, sale on a ”loss leader”, to get customers in the door.
6) Find some “High perceived value, low hard cost” added values.
7) Do a mailing to customer base announcing a new product, or added value to an existing product
8) Get market-share to switch by ”throwing in a...” that has high perceived value but low hard cost
9) New market development - go after new kinds of customers with new products and/or services (the value and method of doing this is found throughout this book)
10) Test - measure results - change - test-forever!
