 Product Awareness
Customers can see many of the carwash accessories/supplies on the website, just like an online catalog. Many visitors to the site come from various search engines searching on those products.
Customer Satisfaction
The website allows customers to place online orders, create a simple profile, and learn about the company. Many customers have commented on how good the website looks and is organized.
Efficiencies
The website has a private Intranet which allows the employees to collaborate together and manages their time sheets. A custom, online auto part quote system was developed, which helps take the place of a manual process.
Increase ROI
The website has been growing and producing results. Repeat orders from current customers are coming in steadily. New leads continue to come in and website-generated sales/deals have been higher than anyone could have projected, this is mostly due to a very large deal that started out as a web lead. The ROI from K2's website is well over 1,000% within the first year.
